Fynburg Contractors is a registered construction company that started operations in 2002 to provide building and civil works services with 20 years’ experience in the construction sector in Zimbabwe. Fynburg Contractors is registered with the Zimbabwe Building Contractors Association category A, Ministry of Local Government and National Housing in category C and Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ).

Fynburg Contractors has the
ability to handle the most complex and demanding projects through its
professional and well experienced human resource base.

Its major aim is to meet
the clients ‘needs ensuring high quality, within the set budget and within the
project timeline

Our Board Members

Engineer Arnold Mutsondi

Managing Director

The management team is led by Engineer Arnold Mutsondi, a holder of a
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and has construction experience
spanning over 30 years. Engineer Mutsondi has been at the helm of Fynburg
Construction since its inception in 2002 and has a successfully led the
construction of many building and civil engineering projects throughout
Zimbabwe

Garvin Chitiyo

Commercial Manager

Garvin Chitiyo holds a Bachelor Honors Degree in Quantity Surveying , with
over 9 years ‘ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager
on various construction projects including Mimosa Mine Housing Project, Unki
Mine Housing Project, New Office Blocks and Renovations, Clinics, Road
Construction, Sewer and Water Reticulation, Schools and other building and civil
engineering projects. He has proudly worked for the The Sithole Partnership,
Nextchir Construction, Omusati Construction in Namibia and other construction
companies and has successfully managed construction projects.

Farai Chipfakacha

Project Engineer

The Project Engineer, Mr Chipfakacha is a holder of a Bachelor’s Honours
Degree in Civil Engineering and has four years’ experience ranging from building
and civil engineering projects as a Civil Engineer and Project Engineer. He is
currently working for Fynburg Contractors.

Tapuwanashe Mukumbi

Project Engineer

The Project Engineer, Mr Mukumbi is a holder of a Bachelor’s Honours Degree
in Civil Engineering and has three years’ experience ranging from building and
civil engineering projects as a Civil Engineer and Project Engineer. He has
worked for Galaxy Consulting Firm and is currently working for Fynburg
Contractors.

Tichaona Murambasvina

Junior Engineer

Our Project Engineer, Mr Murambasvina is a holder of a Bachelor’s Honours
Degree in Civil Engineering and has two years’ experience ranging from building
and civil engineering projects as a Civil Engineer and Project Engineer. He has
worked for Galaxy Consulting Firm and is currently working for Fynburg
Contractors.

Malemane O. Dube

Quantity Surveyor

Our Quantity Surveyor, Mr Dube is a holder of a Bachelor’s Honours Degree in
Quantity Surveying and one two year experience ranging from building and civil
engineering projects as a Quantity Suveyor. He has worked for Rabgraph
Construction and is currently working for Fynburg Contractors.

Daysman Msipa

Quantity Surveyor

Our Quantity Surveyor, Mr Msipa is a holder of a Bachelor’s Honours Degree in
Quantity Surveying and has three years’ experience ranging from building and
civil engineering projects as a Quantity Surveyor. He is currently working for
Fynburg Contractors.
